Energy Healing

There are many ways to heal the body, mind, and spirit using energy medicine. 

I began my journey studying energy medicine in the early eighties learning Tai Chi and ChiGong.  During the 1990s, I taught my first animal communication class with ChiGong healing. I taught the group a simple ChiGong posture and showed them how to send energy to an animal. 

There were seven of us in the class and we stood in a circle, placing pictures of ill animals in the center. One such animal was a horse who had an infection in the bottom of her hoof. The vet had removed the infection, including a part of the bone. The procedure had been done days before the workshop, and the bandaging would need to be changed several days after the workshop.

The horse’s prognosis was uncertain, and her recovery was likely to take weeks, if not months. 

I received a call from the horse’s person after she had taken the bandage off, and to her amazement—and mine—there was no evidence of there ever being a problem with the hoof.  Nothing. No evidence of bruising, and no sign of the procedure was even done. Impossible, right?! The horse was totally sound and her hoof that had no indication that there was a problem to begin with. 

In the next workshop there was a horse in Rhode Island who had been seriously lame for some time with Lyme disease. Nothing had helped to clear this from his body, and so he was turned out in a field, never to be ridden. I instructed the group to send him Chi energy. 

Within a short period of time, we received a call from the barn to say that this horse had jumped a fence and was running up and down the sandy beach. He had no sign of lameness—absolutely none.

Eight years later, I received a call from this horses’ person. She told me there had been no reoccurring lameness.

I totally embraced and realized how incredibly powerful energy medicine is, and I knew this was an important part of my path—and that I would teach and share this information. 

Not all healings are as obvious as these two examples, but each has an impact. While I do not understand how these energies work, I see that they do. I am the witness and the channel. And that is all I need to know.
